2. Career Guidance Services

MyCareerLab provides guidance and support based on student interests, aptitude and assessment insights, academic information, career trends, and consultation discussions. While every effort is made to provide accurate and useful guidance, MyCareerLab does not guarantee:

3. Morrisby Assessment

MyCareerLab is a licensed Morrisby Practitioner and uses the Morrisby Profile as part of selected career guidance services. The Morrisby assessment is designed to support career exploration and decision-making and should not be considered psychological therapy, diagnosis, or regulated psychometric testing. Assessment results are intended as guidance tools and should be interpreted together with consultation feedback and personal discussion.

Although MyCareerLab strives to keep information accurate and up to date, admission requirements, programme information, university processes, and career trends may change without notice. Users are encouraged to verify important information directly with the relevant institutions.

5. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received unless otherwise agreed. MyCareerLab reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary, decline bookings where appropriate, and update pricing or services without prior notice. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds may be considered at the discretion of MyCareerLab depending on the notice period provided, preparation already completed, and whether assessments or reports have already been issued. No refunds will be provided once a Morrisby assessment has been completed or a personalised report or consultation has been delivered.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

MyCareerLab respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation, including POPIA. Personal information collected may include names, contact details, school information, academic results, and assessment information.
